Not great, often were told to push new products that were coming soon and never happened. Lots of grandiose meetings and over the top encouragement when reality is that we’ve got no competitive advantage in product or pricing. Getting slaughtered by Toast

There is no guidance on what to do and little to no training. You are expected to learn everything on the job in front of clients, and they have no problem firing you as soon as 2 months if you do not hit your number.

Great overall experience. The company is a leader in innovation within the payments and POS industry. Culture and leadership care a lot and are willing to help reps do whatever it takes to win deals. Low inbound leads at this point but the comp pays well. Be prepared to prospect a lot.
