Enjoyed working at Addepar, most of the people are great and the product is a great fit in the market. The new business sales leadership is terrible and ruining the culture. Inequitable territories, unrealistic quota, maybe 2 reps of ~20 hit quota and they hit quota because they are lucky they have a good territory.
