Low pay, saturated market. Leadership young and inexperienced. The good ones get moved to territories they want. High churn because of the pay. Will most likely go under by 2026.

My team and manager are amazing. The trainers responsible for training and coaching through ramp, amazing. The leadership and comp plan are absolute trash. You are not a person, you are a number.
