Low pay, saturated market. Leadership young and inexperienced. The good ones get moved to territories they want. High churn because of the pay. Will most likely go under by 2026.

My overall experience has been pleasant over the years. A lot of great upward mobility from starting as an SDR and now in a Sr. position. Thryv is full of great trainings to keep up with the ever changing landscape of tech.
