My overall experience has been pleasant over the years. A lot of great upward mobility from starting as an SDR and now in a Sr. position. Thryv is full of great trainings to keep up with the ever changing landscape of tech. Downside, there have been some scale backs and changes in commission structure and it’s become more and more difficult to hit quotas. Recent changes to our product have caused some growing pains within the selling process.

Very poor work place constant quota changes and goal post moving. The product barely works and is a carbon copy white label of Vcita.
