The pay is decent but I'd say between that and the benefits those are the two best parts of the job.

Training is long and brutal and 3-6 weeks away from your family and will have to go to Richmond VA. The role is not at all what they make it seem to be and you're required to do meetings that directly take your time away from meeting your objectives. None to very little help from management and very unorganized all the way around.
