Base compensation can be well improved, but overall good scope and potential to earn through commissions. Good structure and resources for sales reps to grow.

My overall experience was really poor. It was always a fight to secure raises, even when they were deserved. And then fighting accounting to pay correctly has been a constant challenge the past 1-2 years.

This is the worst professional experience I have ever had. You won't get paid or have transparency into your pay. Leadership is for the most part awful. You have no onboarding and you will want to stay under the radar unless you want to be scape goat for the poor performance.
