Started off great but management changed and things went downhill.

It’s a great role for AE experience but Quotas raised when no one hit the year before. They are mean to incentivize here not so much achieve. Great org for AM - existing business. Many over achieve. Honestly great job this route… Leadership is out of touch with a very high turnover. Worried about their own security too much to focus on you really.
