Enjoyed working at Addepar, most of the people are great and the product is a great fit in the market. The new business sales leadership is terrible and ruining the culture. Inequitable territories, unrealistic quota, maybe 2 reps of ~20 hit quota and they hit quota because they are lucky they have a good territory. The sales organization desperately needs new leadership, the current leadership team on the new business side is absolutely terrible. You will be put in a position to fail from day one.

Very good. I really like working at this company. I only wish that they go to marketing would not oversaturate the sales team. Territories are very unequal so people that have a good territory do well and those that don’t, do not.

Enjoy working at Addepar for a long time, massive opportunity in product market fit globally, rapidly growing. Leadership needs to ensure that tenured individuals still feel incentivized to stay on, when the CFO is not interested in providing further equity grants to fully vested employees.
