Leadership needs to ensure that tenured individuals still feel incentivized to stay on, when the CFO is not interested in providing further equity grants to fully vested employees.

The new business sales leadership is terrible and ruining the culture. Inequitable territories, unrealistic quota, maybe 2 reps of ~20 hit quota and they hit quota because they are lucky they have a good territory. Current Employee3.7Aug 16, 2023Very good. I really like working at this company. I only wish that they go to marketing would not oversaturate the sales team. Territories are very unequal so people that have a good territory do well and those that don’t, do not.
