My overall experience was that this company does not understand the marketplace it’s in. There’s a huge push for fast flips in a role where the sales cycle should generally take at least 1 month.

Coming to SpotOn was fun. Decent learning experience, but the training is terrible. Interview process doesn't explain much and you have to learn on the job, on your own.
