Culture has fallen off a cliff. They set unrealistic expectations then punish you when you inevitably don't succeed. Almost zero room for career growth unless you're one of the lucky few.

New to the company. Good product. They lowered commission structure in January 2025. Still can make good money, lower commission structure compared to competitors. Reps may be selling more revenue here though compared to competitors.
