Sales cycles change with each opportunity, sometimes taking anywhere from 6 months to over a year without a promising commission. Great culture. Company that cares about giving back to the community. Has over 50% of market penetration for the core ERP solution. Not a sales focused organization, certainly no structure is not comparative with others in the industry. Limited growth potential unless your with the company long term.

I sid sales for Yardi breeze. Yardi is a great place to learn/develop SaaS sales skills. Although you can progress through the AE titles quickly if you’re successful with your deals, the compensation is not great. Commission is 4% which is low compared to other AE roles.
