Current Employee Think twice! Many RED Flags!
Metrics and quota jumped 200% in 2024 without supportive tools to compete within the market!
It took over 3 months to be paid a bonus, and months to wait for approvals on expenses. Your job will consist of marketing, prospecting, lead gen, and closing, then post sale, and finally implementation and support post sales. Support will take 20-25% of your time away from revenue generating activity and hitting your monthly metrics.
You will be sold on this opportunity to make “X” dollar for OTE and trained to be 1:1 with customers as their local rep.
Commissions only pay if they sign and they stay… most of mine canceled shortly after joining = NO COMMISSION!
