My overall experience has been very positive and the leadership is great. However, I do feel there is a “bro culture” in place at SpotOn and it’s a challenging environment for women in the sales role, which is hunting only in my particular department. There is a long road ahead in omnichannel sales strategy as well as compensation and opportunities for advancement as they scale.

My overall experience has been great. Very challenging job as its in start-up mode with heavy VC funding, which puts high expectations for growth on the sales team.
