My overall experience has been very positive and the leadership is great. However, I do feel there is a “bro culture” in place at SpotOn and it’s a challenging environment for women in the sales role, which is hunting only in my particular department. There is a long road ahead in omnichannel sales strategy as well as compensation and opportunities for advancement as they scale.

Overall I feel like they really care about the customers, but they will give you run around with paying for gas and expenses while in the field.
