Expensive and very little room to budge on price, little product promotions
High ask with little give
Salary is somewhat competitive but not much and comp plan is super stingy, so even if you do succeed it’s almost pointless, this comp plan promotes mediocrity because you get way more for less work than you do a little more for lots of work.
It can be a great choice if you hit accelerators, and be a 150-230k job, and I made great money here but you earn that cash with hard work.
Product improves rapidly, leadership cares immensely and does listen.
If I could try again under better management I definitely would.
