Great leadership team and opportunity in the market. With lots of change the last 2 years means that a lot needs to be built out. This is a good job for people who like autonomy and want to help build something awesome.

The nepotism of the Mormon leadership group contributed to a large distrust of the leadership team. Diversity was at one point prioritized but that quickly went away with a new senior leader from Utah entering the picture.

My overall experience was great but after a restructure, there was clear lack of direction and leaderships expectations as we went up market became unrealistic . Good product

Enjoyed my experience at Chargebee. Closed some big deals, learned a ton from great people. New management came in and the vibe shifted a bit. My lesson here is, no matter who comes in that is new, it's important to leverage relationships and get them to come to a positive conclusion about you early. That matters.

Incredible individual talent on the Enterprise team, unfortunately, the direct management (enterprise sales mgr & team lead) for this team must be replaced for this team to truly succeed.

3 rounds of lay offs in the last 10 months, crowded industry, lack of inbound leads, and poor leadership. Good reps and culture at the individual contributor level. Although G2 valuations are "best in class" across a myriad of categories, the product fit for the market exhausts itself at $350M with VERY limited exceptions - period. Both for technical ramifications, functional parameter capacity, and client complexity.
