Pros: Great company, can learn a lot about process and such. Cons: Tons of changes to the sales org, not for the better. Capped commissions. No real comp plan to make commissions. Lots of admin work rather than selling.

Good product but very many gaps overall to be able to compete with Samsara and Motive. Commission structure is weak and the base pay is on par with market rate. Leadership is clearly lost on where the direction of the company is headed.
