Pros: Great company, can learn a lot about process and such. Cons: Tons of changes to the sales org, not for the better. Capped commissions. No real comp plan to make commissions. Lots of admin work rather than selling.

At that time very good people in leadership, but very limited upside from selling complex deals. Not very competitive compensation compared to other industry SaaS players, and options had no real value as company is not public.
