At that time very good people in leadership, but very limited upside from selling complex deals. Not very competitive compensation compared to other industry SaaS players, and options had no real value as company is not public. Company did not receive additional funding from P/Equity owners for significant investment to compete with the market, which has placed them at a disadvantage to newer well funded competitors like Samsara.
