Promotion cycles pushed back always, can’t get a straight answer for anything from management. Energy low in office always. SDR organization needs work, evaluate carefully but if you need a first job not a bad one to have. Work life balance is great and good place to get your foot in the industry.

Lots of good and lots of growing (Which can be bad) Worst of the worst is 6 month incentive plans. Best performers will get capped. New mgmt won't be everyone's favorite, but they're coming in with a clear plan to scale the business to hit significant revenue growth.

Would like to know what is the reality of being an expansion AE? Is quota achievable and do people smash their numbers? How collaborative are cross functional teams in the company and is it true there's 6-8 weeks paternity leave? What are some of the best perks of working in Dynatrace?
