Inbound leads are very light after 1 year I’ve had 3 good ones. Marketing has an up hill battle and is not creative. Our competitors spend 2-3x on marketing and it shows, our product is better though so if you can get into a deal the product proves it self.

Great company, competitive salaries, great vision, great market position, undervalued stock, great employees. Marketing lags compared to competition. Training and professional development practically non-existent for sales. Vertical and horizontal mobility possible, but out of full self-proactivity and goodwill, not systematic.

The Americas SDR team at Dynatrace is rough right now. New Global SDR Director bumped up the quota, works remote, never shows his face. He actually tricked the SDR org when he joined to think we would make more money, we all made less. Opportunities to move into closing roles or other departments are few and far between, lots of internal networking, etc is required...Read More
