MicroStrategy is a solid company with huge earnings potential and a phenomenal ESOP and base structure. The company is i the middle of a dramatic re-invention, so there are some learning curves and hiccups with that, but for the most part, Leadership notices and are working to correct any problems going forward.

Am interviewing with Microstrategy for sales. Am wondering what's the reality of a sales person in the company. How's the sales culture? How's the support for deals? How's the quota attainment? Do customers like the product? Do you think it's innovative and getting stronger? Do you get RSUs?
