Enjoy working for ECI. Often times there is a lack of focus on the development and innovation side. Also, compensation has not been revisited or adjusted based on the current market.

It seems as if the company has lost sight of valuing our customers and is solely focused on EBITDA. They have made it impossible for us to hit our targets by structuring our comp plan to only succeed by selling a new product that we have ZERO knowledge of.
