Great company, competitive salaries, great vision, great market position, undervalued stock, great employees. Marketing lags compared to competition. Training and professional development practically non-existent for sales. Vertical and horizontal mobility possible, but out of full self-proactivity and goodwill, not systematic.

UK culture has gone and there isn’t a go to market that works for verticals. Lots of people have opps taken by strategic team and being set up to fail
