Dynatrace has a great product. Not an easy product to sell. The sales team has been gutted. New sales leadership is very competent but they are depending on some very Machiavellian legacy managers. Some legacy managers are great. HR is weak. If the person you are interviewing with seems more political than helpful, they probably are.

Lots of good and lots of growing (Which can be bad) Worst of the worst is 6 month incentive plans. Best performers will get capped. New mgmt won't be everyone's favorite, but they're coming in with a clear plan to scale the business to hit significant revenue growth.
