SAP cares more about controlling revenue than growing revenue. This has led many poor decisions like capping commissions earnings. Concur SMB was a great environment when I started back in 2021. It has gone downhill very fast. Inbound opportunities are fed from leadership to people who suck up, it's become very cliquey and toxic. Sales leadership wants to change mid market to be more equitable for every rep but the cross functional teams that are in charge of putting together territories get no input from sales and have consistently screwed up territories and scoring

RUN! Everything about this company went downhill when SAP took over. Leads here are fed so unless you like brown nosing and sucking up to upper management (that don't have any sales experience themselves) you will see very few lucrative accounts/inbound leads. The reviews on here are all accurate - trust them.

Overall, pretty decent place to work. Great health benefits, good stock options, just a higher quota than average this year so only 1-2 reps on track to exceed quota out of 40. They should be correcting it though. 4/5 stars

Good, company is slow to promote internal. Being an sdr here for quite sometime leadership is great. I would reccomend working here as sap has many other roles you can go into, and this is a good foot in the door position

What used to be a great place, has gone downhill so quickly. Blatant favoritism from leadership. If you brown nose, you will get more leads. Used to truly be a fun place to work, and now almost every rep I know is at least thinking of leaving. Role is 90% luck of who gets a good inbound.

Learned alot here and still am, have easily doubled my skills and a salesperson and its super easy to find mentors above you willing to help you level up. Increased free platforms in the space that have become top competitors paired with a tough economy is making it a little tough currently

The leadership and other employees at Concur were amazing - best people I’ve ever worked with. The overall SAP org’s willingness to keep up with their competitors’ solution was frustrating. Overall a great company to work for. Good work life balance, decent amount of inbound leads, good product market fit. Team of BDRs that set you meetings and then you pass along to implementation and client success post close, so you really get to focus on selling.

Concur was a great place to work for the first few years I was there, but became very toxic. Friends hire friends, it's very cliquey with a lot of office gossip. No new product innovation and lack of support for customers when they submit tickets.
