Lots of good and lots of growing (Which can be bad) Worst of the worst is 6 month incentive plans. Best performers will get capped. New mgmt won't be everyone's favorite, but they're coming in with a clear plan to scale the business to hit significant revenue growth.

Great product and top rated by all analysts. The key is to build a financial case that ensures the customer sees end to end observability as mission critical, not a nice to have.

Overall, great place to learn a role as an SDR. Promotion is very slow compared to other companies in the industry. Great training and great management across the org.
