Good product, good clients, poor leadership culture, no empathy from the management. Commission plans are made for you to not attain quota in Europe.

I've seen reviews saying the product doesn't fit Europe, is it with regards to data residency? compliance to regulations ? How it was designed and its features? is this for all of europe or just some places? western europe France, Germany UK?
