The Account Executive role is commission and bonus only and while top performers are well rewarded, the attainment for those bonuses was not always realistic. Sales goals at the time were the same for all AES despite territory. Some were densely populated cities while others were vast rural areas but the activity and signed ARR were the same.
The culture was mostly great with teams often working together to get deals done.Customer Support was readily available and easily handled most basic issues however higher level issues often took months to resolve or went unresolved for clients.
Overall this was a good working environment and culture. A great place to get your foot in the door and gain some experience.
For merchant services, there are much better compensation packages with other companies but you are unlikely to receive the evel of training or support SpotOn offers. Browse Other Reviews
