I’m a top producer at SpotOn. Outproduce 95% of the sales team. Total comp will end up at $100,000. For the amount of work and amount of business I’ve created, this is an unacceptable comp structure. The middle management is highly underwhelming yet have the egos of multi-million dollar producers… they’re not. They have a HUGE compensation problem which is probably why their turnover is through the roof. Losing top talent constantly.

As a champion of culture, working for this organization decreased my mental health and that of some of my colleagues. Tons of pressure is placed on you daily, in such a manner that you are afraid to even take a day off if you're sick or need it.
