Generally, they're a shady a company operating on shady principles and intentions. Their hiring process is lame, their comp structure and plans are very wishy-washy, and their management sucks. This company is really only good for people who are established in the payments processing industry and who want to sell their own company to SpotOn, or merge their existing business with it. As far as their rebranding to be about restaurant software/hardware: It's okay, but nothing special compared to what's out there. SpotOn can be a good resume booster if you really desperately need it, and good income for a bit if you work hard. Best advice is to get in and out quick. Get your money, get your resume piece, then move on to a better organization.

A great leadership team, culture, and product. Heavy prospecting, but rewarding work and opportunity to earn a trailing residual in some cases. Great product that works for a variety of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. A strong CS team to support buyer and seller confidence.
