Good company to work for. Pays well, wants you to do well, the software is really good, and serves the need that will never end. Where they can work is on agility, diversity, and innovation.

Vertex is the least agile company, bery slow to react. Their SAP partnership dominates everything. The only real places for growth or success ate SAP, Oracle teams. Vertex does support Strategic partnerships well.

Vertex is a nice place to work. The people are great. The onboarding is not great, and you have to teach yourself how to be successful within the organization. There's not a whole lot of development within the organization, and there's not a whole lot of flexibility around upgrading new products.
