Been great so far until recently. Poor management prevents certain individuals with a particular background from succeeding by moving the goal post or withholding information about open roles. If you aren’t hitting quota, you’ll be edged out no matter your efforts and no matter how much help you asked for. Your job will be threatened and thus creating a toxic work...Read More

I would say it’s definitely achievable to hit the SDR quota but still not easy or a given, especially in the first 6 months. It depends what business unit you’re apart of. C-corp team has best product market fit so it’s easier to hit quota but quota is much higher for them. At Carta you definitely learn the most from your peers, not enablement and not managers....Read More

With all this drama - are reps already seeing customers and prospects being scared off at all or asking questions related to these data issues around secondary share sales? Would have to slow down deals at a minimum while you ease fears, no?
