I would say it will set you up for success in any other sales role. It's very difficult coming in as an outside hire but if you make it through there is a ton of opportunity to grow within the organization.

Enablement is steadily improving, and with that comes more meetings. Leadership like many in Sales are cheerleaders until you are behind the 8 ball and have minimal sympathy or actionable advice. Almost all come from outside the org and haven't sold Carta before.
