Fast deal cycles, although some prospects need much more hand-holding than others as they're typically first time founders. Currently more reps miss than hit, as there's nowhere left to prospect (closed 60%+ of the market, we only sell to net-new, no limit on book size).

Poor management prevents certain individuals with a particular background from succeeding by moving the goal post or withholding information about open roles.
