Intralinks is the safest in the industry so I think depending on the needs of the client, it's the only product that meets the security needs of clients every time.

Very fun but organization has really cut commission, and base salary is low compared to other companies. The sales cycle is good because you own your own business essentially, but the skill set is not transferable to other enterprise companies. Great for early sales career but after most reps experience burnout and decide to leave.

Lovely people to work for but too comfortable in my opinion. Base salary and comp poor since acquired by SS&C. Sales enablement and training poor. However company performs well and reps perform well as there is excellent product market fit in the space and ample, consistent demand.

big market share so not a hard sell, but performance varies a lot across territories. the big accounts bring in most of the revenue. the training and development is quite basic, and culture can be hostile at times

Great company to work for with the potential to make a lot of money quickly! Since merging with SS&C, the company's culture has deteriorated significantly, and compensation levels have also declined as SS&C aims to increase profitability margins.

Great culture and team to work with. The product is very applicable to the clients needs for secure document distribution. Although it can definitely be very basic. With some very minor adjustments they could tailor the product to fit more clients needs.

Intralinks as a Sr Rep would be much more enjoyable, especially not during Covid. It was a good job with real deal cycles and experience working with C-Suites, but you’re product is pretty isolated to a clear timely need.

My overall experience has been pleasant. There appears to be limited opportunity to progress within the company unless an opportunity arises whereby a rep leaves his/her position. Planning is poor and culture within the office is tense. A lot of overlapping within roles.
