Current Employee2.9Aug 23, 2023Enablement is steadily improving, and with that comes more meetings. Leadership like many in Sales are cheerleaders until you are behind the 8 ball and have minimal sympathy or actionable advice. Almost all come from outside the org and haven't sold Carta before.

Current Employee3.6May 15, 2024I would say it’s definitely achievable to hit the SDR quota but still not easy or a given, especially in the first 6 months. It depends what business unit you’re apart of. C-corp team has best product market fit so it’s easier to hit quota but quota is much higher for them. At Carta you definitely learn the most from your peers, not enablement and not managers....Read More
