Former Employee2.9Sep 1, 2023My takeaway is it is a great product but some sales leadership is a bit toxic.
Current Employee2.9Aug 23, 2023Enablement is steadily improving, and with that comes more meetings. Leadership like many in Sales are cheerleaders until you are behind the 8 ball and have minimal sympathy or actionable advice. Almost all come from outside the org and haven't sold Carta before.

Current Employee4.3Nov 21, 2024The Carta SMB team is an inbound referral engine. Fast deal cycles, although some prospects need much more hand-holding than others as they're typically first time founders. Currently more reps miss than hit, as there's nowhere left to prospect (closed 60%+ of the market, we only sell to net-new, no limit on book size).

Current Employee2.9Aug 1, 2023Sales team lacks diversity and it feels like the goal is always changing. Great product and great product market fit tho.
