Carta is a good place to work and then also not. It’s hard to explain. People aren’t regularly hitting quotas, at least not right now. They’ve raised the quotas to impossible numbers and there are too many reps per team making inbounds less frequent. The people at Carta are great outside of most of the managers.

Been great so far until recently. Poor management prevents certain individuals with a particular background from succeeding by moving the goal post or withholding information about open roles.
