Poor management prevents certain individuals with a particular background from succeeding by moving the goal post or withholding information about open roles. Current Employee3.6May 15, 2024I would say it’s definitely achievable to hit the SDR quota but still not easy or a given, especially in the first 6 months. It depends what business unit you’re apart of. C-corp team has best product market fit so it’s easier to hit quota but quota is much higher for them. At Carta you definitely learn the most from your peers, not enablement and not managers....Read More
