Very short-sighted being PE owned. More concerned with monthly forecasts than long term sustainable growth.

The sales culture continues to deteriorate into more micro-management. Leadership is focused on tick the box activities that turn dashboards from red to green, but don't actually improve the state of the business. Feedback from the field/customers is viewed more and more as complaining and issues are not addressed.
