Current Employee2.6Nov 21, 2024Was great. Getting tougher. Call a spade a spade… culture shift in new business with leadership. Some Managers have no business being managers and leadership is wildly disconnected or just don’t care (fighting to survive the storm coming) PE.

Current Employee3.1Nov 8, 2024Great people all over the business, but most are on the way out after drastic changes to product have been made by leadership, which were poorly rolled out and communicated to client-facing roles, and expected to be executed on by those same teams. 20% or so are hitting quota, most people are miserable, the run is over but it was fun while it lasted.
