My overall experience was mixed. I enjoyed the people I worked with. Management often has their heads in the cloud. They don't want to address customer problems and needs, but expect new sales growth with customers who can't get issue resolution.

Direct managers and VP's are great but exec level is very out of touch and decisions affecting sales/pricing are increasingly being made without any warning.

We all made money and they invested in us, but they started losing top high-mid performers because of company changes and sell rumors. These reps will make 400k anywhere so even though the pay is high, it wasn’t enough to keep them.
