I have a screening call coming up with a Smartsheet EMEA recruiter for a MM role in UK. I’m unsure whether the position is remote-first or hybrid, as the job ad states: "Teleworking options from any registered location in the UK (role-specific)." What exactly does "teleworking" mean?
