In one of the interview rounds, the recruiter mentioned that there is no ramp period for MidMarket AEs. Anyone know the logic behind this? Does it actually set up the new hire for success? It seems like a super different approach for new hires when compared to other companies.

All the questions were around growing existing accounts, I actually had to go back into my email to check I applied for the right vacancy! Have I missed something?Saw the news of the acquisition. What's the initial vibe of the team? Given it's a PE acquisition are folks nervous about RIFs or cutbacks?
