Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I started as a mid-market rep, was then promoted to Major accounts. I was a consistent top performer (except for the last 12 months) with 1 president's club. Great experience overall, except for the last 12 months (Feb 2023 to Jan 2024). Feb 2023 there was a re-org in the sales organization and many including myself shifted between VPs. Account shuffled as well and existing opportunities shuffled without reciprocation the losing rep. Some benefited greatly while others lost. Turnover happens in sales as we all know. My previous 3.5 years, the accounts and opportunities were shared evenly among team members while they backfilled the position. After the re-org, these accounts were given to individual team members as opposed to the whole team. The recipients of the receiving books were lauded as great examples of how to succeed with zero mention of the lopsided opportunity they were given. After the re-org, the culture shifted from a carrot mentality to a stick mentality. From seize the opportunity to be sure your SFDC is clean and you hit your activity metrics.
