Current Employee2.3Jul 8, 2024Be very wary of the Large Enterprise segment of Smartsheet, both Key and Strategic. The culture is no where near where it used to be and it comes from the 3rd and 2nd line leadership. Reps are looking to leave. I would certainly be cautious coming here.

Former Employee3.3Nov 27, 2024Overall it was a good company to work for until the good leadership left, then a lot of the good culture left with them. It became a lot of micro management and toxic in the end.

Current Employee3.1Nov 8, 2024Great people all over the business, but most are on the way out after drastic changes to product have been made by leadership, which were poorly rolled out and communicated to client-facing roles, and expected to be executed on by those same teams. 20% or so are hitting quota, most people are miserable, the run is over but it was fun while it lasted.
