Great people all over the business, but most are on the way out after drastic changes to product have been made by leadership, which were poorly rolled out and communicated to client-facing roles, and expected to be executed on by those same teams. 20% or so are hitting quota, most people are miserable, the run is over but it was fun while it lasted.

It was fun while it lasted. My head is spinning with all the GTM changes in the last 18 months. Pair that with Senior leadership changes and a total loss of the old company culture and this place has become disappointing very quickly. Product is still strong, but the looming pricing model change will make for some very challenging months ahead.
