Checkr is aspirational and striving. However, frequent internal changes create challenges in consistency and stability. Compensation was competitive, though variable pay could be unpredictable. A learning experience, but not without frustrations.

Seems like there is good mid-level leadership in seat now, although senior leadership has apparent leadership gaps and change management is very sub-par. Pay is very appealing.
