Smartsheet is a company where if you have a strong territory you can do very well. In the current economic climate, a subpar territory will make it very hard to hit 70%, let alone 100% of your number.

Great Solution, leadership is very, very poor and promotions are based on who are the favourites. Don't dare offer sensible solutions or options, be prepared for management to step in and discount your deals if you are on leave by 40% after working on it for 6 months without their input.
